Cash collection made easier as Dataflow integrates with Netbanx
Dataflow Credit Control system is now integrated with Netbanx to provide a proprietary secure online payment gateway to empower credit control staff to accept and process Credit/Debit cards to settle outstnding transactions.
They can collect payments whilst on the telephone to clients, including or excluding outstanding invoices from an on-screen list with the facility to only take part-payments where appropriate. The total remittance agreed with the client will be collected immediately in a secure online card payment transaction process.
The payment is then posted to the Dataflow Sales Ledger as part of the proces and the paid invoices and card payment are automatically allocated reducing the need for any further manual intervention.
The Netbanx services include a proprietary secure online payment gateway from Optimal Payments. Thousands of eCommerce, MOTO and multi-channel businesses around the world rely on the Netbanx gateway and services for the payment processing of Credit/Debit cards, online Direct Debit and alternative payments as well as the management of online payment fraud.
